GR11. Boilermaker's second 7", the first was on Wrenched Records. This was where the Boilermaker sound first really emerged, as the band seemed to grow into their skin, especially Terrin Durfey and his lyrics, which here touch on the personal, both literal and abstract.

Rob Crow is credited on the back liner notes as a member of the band, and certainly we were all part of the same Encinitas / Leucadia

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer

Such a fun demo, glad I discovered this version when I did. Also love Chris' track, even though he kinda sounds like Ed from Ed, Edd, n Eddy at times hahaha (no offense Chris, love ya man). I love Equalized, Split, and Better Half, but Caroline is such a cool track with that killer bassline. huskers_fan99
